Welcome to Klippen Hotel in Gudhjem
Klippen Hotel consists of three lovely hotels, each with its own location and atmosphere – and all in the middle of Gudhjem.
Klippen Hotel – Grevens Dal is located high on the cliffs, only 50 meters from the harbor. Here you get close to nature and a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and Gudhjem – from the large terrace, the restaurant and most of the rooms.
Klippen Hotel – Therns is located in the middle of Gudhjem. Some rooms face the quiet courtyard and the cliff, while others face the main street, where there is more life. Several of the rooms also have a fantastic view of the sea.
Klippen Hotel – Skt. Jørgens Gaard is located right down by the harbor with a unique view of the sea. In the courtyard you will find our bar Jylkat, which creates life, coziness and a good atmosphere for a large part of the year.
Regardless of which of our three hotels you stay at, breakfast is served in the restaurant at Grevens Dal. On nice days you can eat on the terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea – or enjoy the view from inside the restaurant. The breakfast focuses on good Bornholm and organic ingredients and of course a really good cup of coffee or tea.

Restaurant Klippen
From our grand terrace on Restaurant Klippen, you can enjoy the stunning view of the Baltic Sea and our beautiful little town, Gudhjem. The romantic Restaurant Klippen is framed with large windows, so you can enjoy the best view on Bornholm, either inside or outside.
We serve the best breakfast in Gudhjem, with local organic bread, sausages, cheese, eggs, waffles etc. and as our hotel guest, you get it with complimentary coffee, tea, juice, Cava, and schnapps.

Or enjoy a nice glass of Rosé wine or champagne on the terrace.
In the restaurant and on the terrace, you can also enjoy local Bornholm beers, cocktails and a delicious lunch.
Parking at the hotel
Bornholm and especially Gudhjem are popular destinations, especially during the holiday and summer period. It is therefore advisable to park the car in one of the citys large car parks and walk the 500 meters down to the hotel.

The northern part of Bornholm offers a wealth of nature experiences like hikes and the best beaches, Denmarks largest waterfall in Døndalen, gourmet food, cozy smokehouses or a day trip to Denmarks easternmost point on Christiansø.

In the hotels restaurant, we serve breakfast with a focus on local organic products from Bornholm and a really good cup of tea or coffee.
And in the bar we serve good cold wines, local beers from Svaneke Bryghus, cocktails and our delicious espresso-based coffees that can be enjoyed on the hotels terrace. In Gudhjem and on Bornholm there are also many other delicious places to eat, for every taste and budget.
