New restaurant at Klippen for breakfast, brunch and lunch

Woooo - We made an agreement with the cutest couple who will be running the cliff-side restaurant for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The name of the restaurant will be "Plateau" - we think. It's not completely done yet. Unfortunately, we cannot reveal who the tenants are, as we first have to clarify the final details.

But the concept will be small, tasty dishes for breakfast and brunch. Lunch consists of smørrebrød, salads and hot dishes. We look forward to revealing more.

And yes – Gudhjem finally gets a spot for brunch every day from April 1st until the end of October. Breakfast/Brunch starts at 7am to 12:30pm and is open to all.

We tried the food and it's really tasty. The picture below is from the tasting.

The evening kitchen in the hotel can still be rented. We haven't found the right ones yet and our position is that we'd rather drop the evening meal than have half solutions :)
